Yes. Once self-serve billing is live, you'll be able to cancel from billing and keep access through the end of the current period. During manual beta onboarding, cancellation is handled directly by the team.

Each tier has monthly video and graphic creation limits. Your usage resets at the start of each billing period. Check your current usage on the Dashboard under the usage meter.

Each completed video has a public share page at /share/{id}. Share this link on social media — it includes a video player, photo gallery, agent contact info, and rich social previews (OpenGraph).

Yes! Download videos as MP4 files and graphics as PNG images directly from your dashboard or the detail page.

Bookmark any listing by clicking the ★ icon. Access your saved listings from the nav bar. You can add notes, compare 2-3 listings side by side, and quickly create content from saved properties.

Click the "Retry" button on the video detail page or dashboard card. This re-submits the render with your original settings. If it fails again, try with fewer photos or a different template.

Make sure you're searching a Massachusetts address. Try the full address, city name, or ZIP code. The data comes from Redfin — if a listing isn't on Redfin, it won't appear here.

Images must be JPG or PNG format, under 500KB. Try compressing or resizing your image if it's too large.
