Can I start a paid plan today?
Free usage is live now. Paid Agent and Office plans are still being onboarded manually while Stripe checkout is finalized, so the pricing page routes you to demo/contact instead of pretending self-serve billing is already live.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Once self-serve billing is live, there are no contracts or commitments and you’ll be able to cancel from your dashboard while keeping access through the end of your billing period.
What counts as a 'video creation'?
Each time you generate a rendered video from a listing counts as one creation. Previewing and configuring before rendering is always free.
Do you support listings outside Massachusetts?
We're launching with Massachusetts-only MLS coverage. We plan to expand to additional states in 2026. Join the waitlist if you're interested.
Can I use my own music?
Agent and Office plans include a royalty-free music library. Custom music upload is on our roadmap for Q3 2026.
What video formats do you support?
We render MP4 videos in both 16:9 (landscape, for YouTube/Facebook) and 9:16 (vertical, for Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
How long does rendering take?
Most videos render in under 2 minutes. Agent and Office plans get priority queue access for faster turnaround.
